Overview of the Business Alchemy Experience
Alchemy is a sacred art form, practiced by ancient philosophers, for the purpose of transformation, or transmutation, of the common man into the divine man.
Throughout The Academy, we will be using this framework to do the same for you and your spiritually focused business. This transformation consists of becoming aware of the different aspects of your business: the day to day operations, the energies, your emotions and thoughts, the dynamics of your team (if you have one), and the divine center of your vision or mission.
It is a simple (yet not always easy) three phase purification process which allows your intentions to shine through the "muck" and manifest into your reality. Taking your business from asleep to fully awake. Finding clarity and direction. This process is what alchemists call THE GREAT WORK.
The Great Work is a personal and spiritual practice. The basis of all spiritual practice, is the elimination of unwanted emotions and thoughts. We all know as spiritual beings, that without this, any practice will fail. So, the more you practice and release those thoughts and emotions that cloud your mind, the clearer your mind will become, the more attuned and aligned you will be with your business, and the brighter your light will shine for the world to see.

It all starts with Earth, Earth turns to Water by putrefaction, Water turns to Air through distillation, and finally Air through coagulation becomes Fire.

Using this three Phase Process of ancient Alchemy philosophers, we will take a look at what you have and what you have tried, and we break it all down into it's basic elements, to start rebuilding your business from the foundation up.
We keep what works, get rid of what doesn't, and co-create something that works for you and your unique needs and desires. A business you can be proud of and sustain, and with that, a community of support so you never have to go it alone.

Phase One
This phase is called
"The Blackness" or "Nigredo".
This is the first step you need to take. A lot of work happens here. This is the breakdown of all you've done, to find what has worked and what hasn't. It's hard. It's scary. It can be dark. But it is necessary, so we are with you to guide you through the "Blackness".
Here is where we take a look at your behavior patterns, your limiting beliefs, and help you let go of old programming, both personally and professionally.
Color: Black — Animal: Raven
Planet: Saturn — Metal: Lead
Phase Two
This phase is called
"The Whiteness" or "Albedo".
When all blackness disappears, the color white appears. Signifying life conquering death. Light emerging from dark. We've begun eliminating your limiting beliefs, releasing the ego's hold, and you begin to see the truth that lies within and around you.
We pick up the proverbial "pieces" and start to reconstruct what matters to you and your business and settle in to this newly found clarity and awareness of self. You have now created the White Elixir.
Color: White — Animal: Swan
Planet: Moon — Metal: Silver
Phase Three
This phase is called
"The Redness" or "Rubedo".
This is the third and final phase. In Alchemy, this is where the White Elixir created in phase two needs further purification so that matter becomes completely stable. We now have the Red Elixir or the "Stone of the Wise." A system that works for YOU.
This three phase process is a practice and when the divine light emerges, we need to continue moving forward in practice and intention toward Pure Awareness.
